How does one track your projects

Any project manager operates four elements: expenditure, timing, time and quality. Qualified project managers also attempt to make the organization of business processes more efficient. The majority of undertakings utilize such recourses as people, money, and equipment to deliver results and hit selected targets. To work with projects effectively you have to deal with a number of things. Some of them are listed below:

- Task setting and assessing progress.

- Controlling the project in terms of who is doing what and at what time.
