The legal process between telephone corporations

Everyone must know that one minute consists of sixty seconds. But lately one of the IDT companies declared that a lot of corporations, that provide phone cards, give only 36 seconds instead of 60. Lots of world-known corporations declared that it can't be any upright competition if one of rivals has unfair benefit before the beginning of a rivalry. As different companies-providers of prepaid phone cards resorted to the unfair rivalry actions, IDT/UTA (Union Telecard Alliance) decided to defend their privileges using the legal methods.

It is hard to believe, but some of dishonest card producers deliver just about 60% of time, that were prepaid for. Recently Total Call International and IDT/UTA was charged with illegitimate procedures by the group of telephone companies which comprised IDT Telecom Inc. and LLC. This brings to four the number of accused groups that have settled the enforcement proceedings initiated by IDT/UTA before, this year. Epana Networks, Inc., Dollar Phone Corp. and related companies, and Locus Telecommunications, Inc are also involved into the trial. IDT/UTA's lawsuit versus the remaining accused is still persisting in federal court in Newark, New Jersey. To make everybody know the new telephone service conditions and payment methods, one of the corporations placed the advertising notice on their website. That new method allows every cutomer to define the length of the minute that suits him the best, and the company will deduct units form the balance and the user will have got an ability to examine exactly how many units were deducted and how many remain.
